She texted the manager and told me that the manager told her that no one was going to be available to help me until at least 12:30 as I was told that everyone that could help me was in a meeting. The woman at the front texted someone again and told me that again nothing could be done. Ok, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I’m just surprised as I made it clear that I was ready to buy your products, you clearly weren’t interested in selling them to me. Pretty poor customer service!"

"When the city went up up in flames after George Floydd was killed, Rothman’s Union Square store was trashed. The owners announced that they supported the people who were rioting since they understood why they were so upset. I was profoundly impressed that business owners who had just suffered a major disruption of their business could be so sympathetic. And I began to shop in their stores. Today, Lacy was incredibly helpful as I tried on some different clothing items. Their Union Square store is a very classy place to shop and between their dedicated staff and their beautiful clothing , you’ll walk out feeling like you have added a great deal of class to your wardrobe."
