"I tried to exchange shirts at this store that were still wrapped in the original plastic bags and was told I couldn't because it's been more than 30 days. I was not looking for a refund, simply an exchange for a size that would fit and they would not allow it because my receipt was about 45 days old. I called the main customer service line at Psycho Bunny and they took care of my exchange without an issue."
