"horrible online order policy. made a mistake i noticed a minute after placing my order and they can’t cancel it. item hasn’t been even taken off the shelf yet. its 2023 they should have the basic capability to cancel an order before it’s processed. now i’m out $10 shipping and will have to go return the product. will not be buying from them again"

"Looking for 1 specific item and fortunately found it here. They appear to have a good variety of material and other craft items but I honestly haven't shopped here since I was a GS leader 20 years ago! Store was pleasantly cool as outside Temps were 90+ and there was plenty of open parking close by."

"I have to give this location 4 out of 5 stars because the inventory is somewhat limited as compared to other larger locations. They do have most of what you would expect for a fabric store but again, the variety is a bit lacking. Staff is always very nice and helpful. I've always been greeted within a minute of entering if not immediately as I walk in the door. I've had the pleasure of getting to know some of the staff through making small talk on my regular trips so I feel like a regular. The manager is also very nice, down to earth and is just as helpful as all of the other staff. They have a solid staff who do not shy away from assisting or engaging with customers and I appreciate this as a shopper."

"They are always friendly and helpful, especially Diane. I'm in the process of making swatches and I pulled out about 50 bolts of fabric to get an eighth of a yard of each. They happily cut each one and helped me stay organized. Awesome store."
