"Our absolute favorite local sushi spot. The fish is impeccable quality, their salmon is particularly good, and the portions are quite generous for the price. Always a wonderful place to stop by for a quiet dinner, made all the nicer by the owners who are always kind and gracious."

"We just moved to the area and we are so thrilled to have found this intimate sushi gem just a short walk away. We loved that the whole restaurant is a giant sushi bar/counter so it's fun to talk to the sushi chef/owner (James) and ask for his recommendations. Sushi was fresh and rolls were also delicious plus BYOB makes it even more enjoyable. It is also not overpriced so that's a major PLUS! We will definitely become regulars here!"

"We were drawn to this restaurant craving sushi one night because multiple people called it a gem. And that it is. An unassuming spot with a modest awning. We walked in and were pleasantly surprised to see a sole sushi bar for seating. We were greeted warmly and took our seats. We were immediately offered warm tea. That was really nice - like a toasted grain tea. The space was clean and comfortable. The music was a little mixed. Sometimes musicals, sometimes jazz covers. We ordered Sushi Deluxe and Dynamite Roll. The deluxe was made up of the perfect temp soft fish - salmon, tuna, a white fish and shrimp. Not too refrigerated or dry - moist and delicious. The dish came with spicy tuna roll and California roll, and the miso soup was delicious. We were surprised that the Dynamite Roll was served warm. It has some cooked white tuna on top. It was very delicious - but I was more in the mood for cooler bites. So we ended the meal with mango and green tea mochi. (Let it sit a little so it’s not too icy - and then enjoy each chewy bite.) I will definitely come back!"

"I love the place! Very intimate and quiet. It’s a hidden gem here in Clifton. Been here a few times and this is my spot when I want a good sushi or sashimi or spicy chirashi. The owners are also very welcoming! It feels good to support these local spots because we want them to stay. I’ve been here a few time and I will always come back here. Plus, it’s BYOB!!"
