"The Indian store owner is a complete psycho. She blew up three balloons for me and I simply asked her to retie one of the balloons and she said no. I asked her why and she said it will cost her $3 because the balloon will deflate. I told her in a very nice way to just tie another ribbon on it so all three balloons would have the same color and maybe next time to ask customers before working on the balloons. She raised her voice and I actually had to tell her to calm down which she said she's trying to talk over the music?? I literally looked at her and said oh my god because what kind of customer service is that? She should be embarrassed. Probably explains why she's bald for stressing over nothing. It was just a simple request that she blew out of proportion. Maybe try anger management classes?"

"Guy at register to busy on his phone. Can’t even say hello, thank you or good bye. So rude. The people who stock the shelves are nicer than the owner."

"Last night I went in the store and purchased two number balloons . By the time I made it to my house , one of the balloons had split at the seams . In the morning, I called the store to explain what happened . The lady who answered the phone was very rude and nasty . She basically told me that she did not care about my concerns , my issues weren’t her problem , and that she had a lot of stuff to do today. Then she hung the phone up on me . The customer service here is very poor . Do not shop here …. Especially for balloons . The balloon quality is too cheap for the balloons to be that expensive ."
