"I haven't been in years because I got fed up with having to buy 10 of something to get a decent discount. Went today. Great prices, great service. Lot's of things on sale. Great seafood. Got lunchmeat..fruit..seafood ...bread. Very impressed. Will go back now that I don't have to buy 10 items. Good job Acme!"
"Today me and my mom went to the spa place of dying hair and I was going to have a haircut and our dearest friend Nicole was going to died her hair. I was already done and my mom was going to take longer and there was an Acme groceries store and my mom wanted me to do her shopping and she wanted a 6 pack of Diet Coke and turkey breast deli and that’s it and then didn’t had 6 pack. They only had an 8pack, and then I went back to the cashier and waited in line and first an old lady who was senior citizen was having a wonderful conversation with the cashier and it was my turn and as knowing I was deaf and learning disability and the cashier name was Lizette if I got it right. I got everything pay and done and then she was like oh don’t bother with me, because you Liz only wants to help out seniors citizens not deaf people. That’s is rude to do to me and unfair for me because I would like to know more and Liz could’ve had been nice enough to say hey: Would you like a bag, as knowing we have to bring bags for a reason. But a lot of people forget to bring bags and they might be new to the world or they might need help. But Liz wants no help for me. Only she care for seniors citizen not deaf people. I worked at CVS for 20yrs and I go out my way and I do anything for anyone. I can only see Liz doesn’t care for the deaf people only senior citizen. I won’t shop at your store, unless we treat our customers with respect and kindness!!!"
"Watch the registers!!! 90% of time stuff doesn’t ring up right price. The store knows this! They will take off the amount to make it right, but they don’t fix it for the next customer! They obviously count on you not watching what the register rings up. The only reason I go there is the convent location for quick items when in a hurry. I find myself going to other supermarkets up to a half hour away to avoid this store! ShopRite, Wegmans, & Foodtown are so much cheaper and better service! I also have gift cards from a few years ago that I won playing monopoly game. Zero balance & they don’t know what to tell me other than nothing they can do about it. Employees must have kept the ones with the money."
"I went to the ACME for one reason only: To buy a slice of cherry cheesecake. I was successful with my search, and I ate the cheesecake in my car- delicious! I've noticed something about the Freehold ACME - the service is impeccable. I've never had to wait to checkout. Today I used the self-checkout and it was nothing but positive. A note to other businesses: people like to get in and out as quickly as possible. Always remember this."
