"Worst pharmacy! Zero stars. They delivered medication to wrong home when my baby was very sick and after i figured it out! I had to go get it where it was dropped off. Staff kept telling me “it was being delivered” all day but it was sitting outside wrong home (in summer heat! which could of effected med). Had multiple issues with prescriptions on multiple occasions. Front desk staff is demeaning and gives false information. They will change what they said and are dishonest, say they called and they didn’t. recent issue- when i corrected staff she stated she did “not like my tone”. And she hung up on me when I was asking to speak to a manager and asking to have a manager call me back. Will never use this pharmacy again and will never recommend to anyone! Terrible!! They miscounted my medication, said they would have more next day, then all of a sudden its backordered but i was not contacted (as they said they would)and i am without medication and assistance. Multiple issues!!!! Front desk staff has no customer service skills and no manners, disorganized, and just make up information. They should pick staff that want to work with PEOPLE and who understand they are dealing with with people’s health! They dont take any accountability for mistakes. This is not how a local pharmacy should care for its community."
"Best pharmacy in the area! Highly recommend. I have previously had issues at several pharmacies around here due to multiple allergies and different health conditions where my concerns have been dismissed and I have been given meds I can’t take. That doesn’t happen here! The pharmacist here is knowledgeable, kind, thorough and actually listens. The staff here is also always extremely pleasant and nice. I’ve never had a bad experience here with anyone. I previously used to dread going to the pharmacy because it seemed like I always had an issue or was perceived as a burden but everyone here is so kind and I never have a problem getting my meds quickly. The app is also awesome and a huge plus; it makes keeping track of and refilling prescriptions so much easier. Thank you everyone here for being great! :)"
"I was informed by the pharmacist who owns the pharmacy that he would no longer fill one of my medications because he was not making money on it. I have since discontinued using this pharmacy for other prescriptions and no longer shop in their gift shop. You have lost a customer"
"I have been using Bayshore as my local pharmacy for 30+ yrs . I have 2 serious illnesses that come with regular complications requiring a number of different medications at a given time. I use 3 different pharmacies and doctors for monthly specialty meds. Out of all 4 pharmacies unfortunately Bayshore has dropped to last for me. Over the past year there have been problems including: receiving other patients medications, a patient's Medicare/Medicaid insurance coverage information including DOB, address, med list, and ID numbers mixed in with my medication print out form. I immediately brought that paperwork back to them and I seemed more alarmed then they did. I had been given the wrong milligrams at times and most recently had a doctor listed on my medication that I had never heard of.....twice. upon noticing my bottle I called Bayshore to question this. I initially was told it was an error and they apologized. I said "ok" I know mistakes happen.. but the next month it happened again! I was informed that that doctor was "in the same practice " as mine. However little did they know that my doctor has a single office practice and the doctor that was listed on my bottle was a dentist with a seperate office. I decided to have my prescribing Dr. call Bayshore directly. while in her office she explained that this medication is controlled and should raise an alarm giving a DEA # of a dr. I have never seen. .. to which she was told it was a computer error due to their new system. I am told "we will call when your meds are ready"... they never do anymore . Most recent was a filling issue for a medication that I have also been on for years. I called Bayshore and was told that my medication would be ready the following day. I arrive to p/u and was told it can't be filled as the dr. sent it into a different pharmacy initially. I said yes I am aware which was why they called Bayshore directly when their error was caught. I asked to s/w the pharmacist which I didn't recognize as he was in plain clothes. Didn't introduce himself as I asked for his name to which he replied Andrew. I asked why I wasn't I told the night before why no one there notified me of this when I called and was told it would be ready today? He said, because it must not have been filled online yet. This makes ZERO sense. He offered NO help as to what I needed to do and to fix this issue other than call your mailorder. I always was given guidance in the past if there were issues questions etc. Sadly those days are gone. . So I call my insurance while there to which the particular med did go through on JUNE 2nd as a mailorder . Today is the 7th. Luckily my dr. called in an emergency fill to hold me over until the mail-order arrives. I have let a lot slide over the past year but when you start to always anticipate some sort of debacle it becomes a "one more thing" problem that shouldn't have to be worried about. Wish it is was the pharmacy it used to be. It is unfortunate."
"I've been going to this wonderful pharmacy that sells a lot of #local merch that makes this establishment more than a pharmacy. There is a gentleman who works in the pharmacy dept who is younger and an absolute massacre to the overall kindness and integrity of the staff that goes above and beyond to assist. His tone is demeaning and the time that he wastes for customers results in loss of productivity with the back and forth he pushes onto others. It's so sad to have to write this as the originals are so kind and I do appreciate their integrity."
