"I went to this location twice last year. Since I'm rather fond of Polo garments and certain accessories, I'll be back in the near future. On my next trip, I must hit the embroidery section to lace up a few garments that I've had sitting for at least a year or more."

"We came down to Woodbury outlet with hopes to purchase a gift for father’s birthday gift. However, the experience at Ralph Lauren was not ideal when we encountered the staffs there. We found a pair of shoes and asked Latin looking staff to check whether there’s a size, he said he would look for it and never came back to us, instead, we had to go directly to the staff since the staff was doing other work. He explained but he was having difficulties explaining the situation. Since we weren’t clear whether he went to check the size, we went to see another staff. As soon as my father approached her, she grimaced at my father and shouted at my father “WHAT SIZE”. Those workers shouldn’t be working at such a reputable place. This is distinctive racism, unprofessional customer service bringing down the brand’s image."

"Very large store with great products for Men, Woman and Children. Picked up a few Shirts for the family and a sweater for me. Prices are great due to the sale."

"They have Ralph's Coffee inside the store! Pleasant surprise, as I didn't know before visiting."

"A pretty good selection in, one of the largest stores here over at Woodbury Commons, the Polo store here has all you could want for the basic supplies of Polo across all colors, and men's clothing and some women's clothing. They even have a customer embroidery section where you can add a number of pre-selected patches and lettering. Prices aren't too far from the retail outlet so I would imagine you'd have to wait for a sale to come here to have a better."
