Reviews
"First time shopper at this Brand. My father requested some items from this store for Christmas. The location is huge and they do have a smaller store next door for kids. I ended purchasing a gift card to many options to choose from but sales associate at the cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable made my transaction easy."
"Stopped at the Youth section and it was fairly busy. Liked the selection of shoes"
"Horrible. Definitely lost a loyal customer… After paying an excess of $300 for clothings, I asked for the person behind the cashier to double bag the items as he placed the whole order in one big bag and it was going to rip. His boss told us we are not allowed and gave me a small extra bag. I asked for a larger one and she told my son (9 years old) and I “please be appreciate that we gave you a second bag and take your things and LEAVE” we left and I promise never to buy from that brand again as they do not care about their paying customers. Worst experience ever in my life."
"Some good deals but lacks good customer service and communication. I went to this store during the 4th of July sales and it was hectic. Items moved by customers, especially shoes, were not well reorganized by the associates. This was a huge issue since there was the "80% off on certain shoes equal or under the price of the promotional shoe" promotion, except it was rather unclear which shoes applied towards it. Some shoes that didn't apply towards it had the promotion signage under it, which lead to more confusion. Another major problem with the store is that cashiers need to learn when to skip folding all neat and well when there are only 1-2 cashiers at the front and 10+ customers waiting to get checked out. I do not frequent the store but this was a major struggle when I did. I waited in line for 10-20+ minutes simply to come into conflict with promotional items and misinformation. Regardless, I understand being neat and tidy is important for company image and etiquette, but people have shopping to do, which is especially true at a place like Woodbury."
"Good selection & good priced!"
