"This is the worst store i ever been in My Life. I bought a friend gift and when I came home the box was broken. I came to exchange and was willing to get some other items. The woman that works there told me I remember you it was long time ago and it was only 2 weeks ago. I showed her on app my transactions with store name and she said to me that is not them. I told her See there is even location of that transaction and it’s you. She had to admit it. Than owner some Egyptian angry looking guy came and said to me I broke packaging box and it’s my fault. I said it cost 1 $ and he said to me in order to return you money I have to pay him 5$ in cash. I paid just to leave the store. It’s worst shopping experience I ever had. Very rude owner and Spanish girl that works there. That is not how customers should be treated. Don’t ever go to this store. They are horrible people with worst customer service. I told guy if you would be acting just normal I had no problem to exchange it for something else and even spend more money. He did not want that. He scammed me for 5$ blames that gift box from China was broken by me that cost like 25 cents. Egyptian owner screamed at me and girl that works there is a liar. I will report them to better business bureaus for scamming innocent people. Store owner next door told me they are shady business and should be avoided and I am not the first one who complains. It is illegal to charge customers 5$ in cash for broken items."
