So visited & WOW, JUST WOW. The owner (?) - sorry, forgot to ask your name - was extra specially helpful with everything, very friendly & personable. He couldn't do enough to help out! "They have good suits. But they don’t open at 10am. Being punctual is important to me. It’s 10:30 and no one is even here. I got here at 9:55am since I’m only free in the morning. Waste of my time. Very unprofessional"
"My friend and I drove from the Bronx to go to another store, but they closed at 6pm. So to not waste the trip, I did a quick Google search, and found a store. Walked down the block and saw Roma, and realized this store was about to close but had good stuff. They have great deals, got 2 quality suites for 150 dollars, and the customer service was amazing. Even though their Taylor was away, they referred us to another one down the block. If I find myself back in union city, I'd buy again."

"The customer service I received was exemplary Adam and Roberto were so kind and engaging I felt like I was a tier 1 customer with years of patronizing the store. In addition, they had all the knowledge I required on suits and made sure I left the store feeling like I had won the lottery! Furthermore they have a Taylor on staff and that was just icing on the cake for a extremely low rate they altered my pants and blazer for the perfect fit. Would come again and would recommend to all my friends!"
