Was skeptical and searched legitimacy of the site, seemed to check out... placed order, status showed pending for 2-3 days, called the customer service number and talked to a helpful gentleman... Said that when I ordered my G68 glow plugs for my 2017 Duramax another person ordered a whole batch and wiped them out, except for 5 remaining... they followed up, offered a refund or wait for their supplier shipment, and within a week they received a supply and shipped my 8 Glow Plugs, cheaper than GM sites and arrived from NJ to WV in 2 days UPS... Good experience, would buy from again!"

On Nov 20th 2017, I received notification that the filter I ordered was not in stock and had to be ordered from Mann. The message indicated Dieselfiltersonline should receive the filter "in about 10-14 business days" and they would ship to me as soon as they receive it. Fair enough. The filter did not ship until January 24th 2018. After accounting for holidays, my order did not ship until 45 business days after the order was placed."
