"My husband and my son both purchased suits and paid for cuff alterations & hem alterations. They were both informed they can pick the suits up the following week when they went to pick up their suits all the alterations weren’t done. They were told that they only charged for one suit to be completely altered so if they wanted to get the alterations done that they didn’t do to leave the suits and come back in another week because they would not do it right then and there. They will not get our business anymore, LIARS."

"You definitely get what you pay for. This is a “last resort” type of store if you need a suit and don’t really care how it looks like. The men marking the suit for alterations do a quick and sloppy job, and you get super tight pants as a result. Instead of tightening the crotch area, which is what we paid for, they did the tapering of the pants, but not the crotch lol."

"I have been going here for years. This last experience was not at all what I was accustomed to. 1. Purchased 3 suits with tailoring early August 2022. 2. Due to my schedule, my wife did me the favor of picking them up for me. All three pants were different. I have never experienced this from this store. 3. I went to the store on a Tuesday night after work around 7pm. The store was closed, while every other store in the mall was open. 4. I have called the store at different times during the morning, afternoon, and night and no one picks up the phone. 5. I ended up taking the 3 pants to another tailor and had to pay again. Please go elsewhere, or purchase the suit and have them tailored somewhere else. Not worth the hassle."
