No upselling, shown and walked me through everything needed and free Wi-Fi in the waiting area. Highly recommend"

"Quick, efficient and friendly. Their staff got me in and out on a busy Sunday with no appointment in 2 hours for a bunch of things including an oil change and tire change. If you need any of their mechanical services though call ahead because the mechanic is there M-T-Th-Fr-Sat"

"My Dad has been coming to this Mavis for years. He greats everyone by name and gives generous tips, because that’s who he is! we walked in on christmas eve day around 12:30 (they are open until 2PM) so imagine my surprise when we greet Mr Devon in the front very cheery and expecting to get the tire we had called an hour before about (telling them we would be in within the hour just to pick up a tire, no work needed for the car) and he responds with “not doing well today it’s christmas eve and people just keep coming in needing stuff” besides being rude we work for the hospital and i’m not a car girl and don’t pretend to know the difference in tire sizes. but he very disrespectfully tells us “that doesn’t make sense tires don’t come with a 10E or A or B whatever it was. after arguing with us for a while i say “aren’t you the car guy? the cars outside you can just go look at the tire.” for the amount of money we spend every year between 5 cars you’d think they’d be a little more willing to help their PAYING customers. and idk about the rest of y’all but you don’t walk out of there paying $20. it was less than a 20min interaction. Devon i hope you find peace within yourself to treat others with a little more respect- especially at your work place for the new year.and if you ever come in needing medical help from your local hospital i know you wouldn’t be treated the way you treat others at your work place. some perspective!"

"Manager will lie to your face after you ask for a accurate quote for the services you scheduled an appointment for, take walk-ins before your scheduled appointment, and when questioned on the status of the car is the only time it got worked on. Manager is also unprofessional and when I stated how this was unprofessional and I was going to call corporate he said he hopes I do, so I did. All other customers (men) were treated with respect, yet here I am the only woman in the place treated like a less than. Never going to Butler location again, will continue going to Warwick where they treat customers of both sexes with respect - and they respect your time too."

"The manager Devon was miserably rude. I arrived for my 9am appointment and the door was locked so I stood in the rain as he moved at a snail’s pace to come and open it. He unlocks it and turns around and walks away- couldn’t even be bothered to open it. I enter and say good morning to his back as he’s shuffling away from me and he ignores me. We get to the counter and I tell him I’m there for an alignment. I say that because it’s an old car there could be more issues like the tie rods and if so just let me know first. He snottily tells me if I know there’s issues with the tie rods then why is it here for an alignment. I said there MIGHT be. It’s a 2001. I ask about how long it will be and he absolutely refused to give any sort of time estimate, even though my car was the first and the only car there and anyone that’s ever had an alignment knows it’s roughly an hour. I asked again if he’s telling me I could sit here for hours and hours even though another car wasn’t in sight and he rudely said yes. I asked to just take my car and leave and a very nice mechanic from the back (Stephen- you’re amazing) came out to apologize, asked if he could please do my alignment for me and it would be about an hour. It’s really not that difficult to have basic manners and in customer service it’s expected, especially if you’re a manager. If you hate working at Mavis so much you’re rude from the minute you open maybe you should consider a new line of work, Devon."
