"If I could give zero stars I would. They have prices up that don’t correlate to the item. Then when you ask them a question about the prices they give you an attitude and act as if you’ve just asked them for the code to their safe. Unacceptable, especially the guy at the customer service counter named Thomas. If that’s even his real name since they lie so much."

"I love coming to the local supermarket. I am here about 4-5 times a month. They always have great quality and fresh stuff. All the employees are so kind and always look happy, which makes the environment even better. I love that they incorporated this year, kid shopping carts that they call "shopper in training." My sons love them, and it makes shopping with my kids that much easier. They also have smart carts, which look very complicated, and I've had yet to try. But they usually have a girl standing there to show you how if you're patient and not in a hurry. They always have everything we need. I am usually in and out of the store and never have to wait in a line too long."

"The older woman who worked self check out tonight is terrible. Her job is customer service and the "I can't" and "I don't know what to tell you attitude", maybe she should rethink her position. This is my second experience with her. Same attitude and always a digital coupons fault, which it never is. 100% sympathize with the situation being in a store late at night, no other registers open and having a rush of people the night before a holiday. I think she figured once she told me it was the digital coupons fault that I would go away, but I didn't. Another fine customer service quality, talking about me to other workers while going over to check the pricing on the shelf. Thank you to manager Josh who agreed to override the prices and save the day/night. If she would of called him the first time I requested, I probably wouldn't have lost 30 minutes of my life. Even brought over the sign and took a picture on my cell phone of the shelf label. That apparently wasn't good enough though. She just wanted to argue and purposely made me wait because I disagreed with her. Hoping she gets the training she needs."

"Not very diverse in a lot of Cultural Food's but I DO like the fact that they have more healthy veggie choices. Especially Ezekiel Bread which is a little hard to find in other Shop Rite's"
