"One employee working at 6 pm that needs to call other employees to get a proper answer. SMH Told them I had a controller on hold explained it was a red Xbox controller. Took them ten minutes to find the controller and when he finally came back with a red ps5 controller clearly this guy doesn’t have a clue. Clearly GameStop hiring employees as bodies not by their gaming knowledge. Glad this type of store will be phased out as the digital culture takes in the coming years."

Despite having a huge line for the new Zelda and about to close, he made sure to trade in my boyfriends series S for the new X quickly. I could tell it would be stressful and it was about closing time, but he made time anyways!!"

"Went in for a pro controller and it was quick an easy. I wanted to see how much money was on each gift card that I had, and the guy behind the counter was very helpful. After asking about pro controller for a Nintendo switch I immediately was met with the best option. The member in charge of helping me was very friendly and had a positive attitude towards me. I purchased the item and shook his hand, as I was walking out of the store he told me to have a great day! Very satisfied and I would recommend this store"
