"I’ve been a Theory customer forever and have never been treated as badly as today. The saleswoman was very helpful but the other fellow (manager?) was so rude. Every time I touched a garment he called out from across the store “I can find your size!” Not just once or twice, either. Can’t I just look through the rack? I’m sorry if having customers browse your merchandise is inconvenient for you, but you’re clearly more concerned with keeping the store in order than any real customer service."

"We bought 2 clothes.And we forgot to use the discount from the coupon book after we left the store for a while.Then we went back and asked them to do return and buy them again with the coupon from the book which stated “get $75 off if you spend over $450”.They said we could not use the coupon because the clothes are already 50% off.But we know it would be used for these clothes because our friends used this coupon on the clothes which already take percent off.They just didn't want to be trouble.And they think Acian face might not speak English well.We felt so discriminated and we did return anyway.It makes us so frustrated and angry."

They brought additional items to me in the fitting room, and got to know me as I shopped. They were so great I forgot I was in an outlet. I highly recommend."

"I had the most fantastic experience this weekend at the Theory outlet store in Woodbury commons. I’m shocked to read the other negative reviews, there must have been a change in management recently because my friend and I received phenomenal service. Particularly, Laurie, one of the assistant store managers who helped us was attentive, polite, informative, and all around fantastic. She greeted us as soon as we walked in, offered assistance when needed, and checked on us regularly to make sure we had the correct sizes and suggested other great pieces we otherwise would have overlooked. And she wasn’t at all pushy! Lastly, the other sales associates were helpful and pleasant and all were smiling, it was so refreshing to walk into a store that feels happy. I will be reaching out to Laurie’s supervisor to complement her on her outstanding service as well as the entire team in the Woodbury store. Thank you Laurie! We will definitely be back and love the items we purchased."
