"I like supporting brick and mortar shops, especially in the black community. If we don't, who will? There are many that shy away from these shops because the internet is easier and can often offer bigger discounts. There is still value in the experience of shopping locally. This clothing store that I've been trying to give business in a district that's slowly being taken over by corporations, let me down. I tried to return a shirt for store credit. I had only tried it on and never wore it out. I was looking to exchange the shirt for something more suitable for my needs. My effort was rejected. I was told that it was unsellable again because of a phantom scent. There was no conversation or seeking of a fair resolution. They do not reflect small business practices on a whole, but this particular example of customer service is saddening at best. Shop at this store of your own risk and be sure that before you leave the store, you are entirely confident in your purchase."

"this is not a cheap store. If you’re looking for cheap clothes, go elsewhere, but do you want quality clothes that will last you? That’s the place to come the styles are awesome. I get compliments everywhere I go when I wear their clothes. but they are good people and they will try to work with you."
