"I came in to return a defected shoe and i was told that the return couldn’t be accepted. Under Nordstroms Corporate Policy, any product can be returned under a stores discretion which I understand. However the worker and manager made it seem as though it was my fault for “waiting too long” to return the shoe. First off, it is no one’s business as to why I came at the time I did and second, I was sent through a loop of lies to justify not getting my return. The date of purchase I gave was correct AND even with this information, it holds no meaning given the Nordstrom Return for Credit Policy. I’m not sure what that worker and manager have going on but they need character development. This is a retail job so you always work in customer service and if you can’t be cordial with a customer then you need more training. I wont be returning to Nordstrom."
