"Waited two months for my tux. The shirt was FOUR Sizes to small . The jacket was to be long. It was regular. The jacket sleeves were two inches to short. Suppose to have a white bowtie tie. Got a white next time. The stars product knowledge was terrible. When you call the store the phone rings 15 times then a recording comes on, confirms the number, never identified it's Joseph S Bank and says leave a message. Today someone finally answered,when I complained about the voice mail, she laughed says it doesn't work. "Do you know how many times we tried to fix it. We never get those messages. The store is staffed from top to bottom with incompetent people. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME"

"My Fiancé and his best man went to see their suit collection and were basically ignored by staff and were told they weren’t allowed to try on any of the jackets they could only look. It seemed as if they were being prejudice although I’m not sure if that’s just the policy.. either way it was an unpleasant experience. The suit selection was very similar to men’s warehouse not bad."

"Bought 5 suits from the Web plus got a lot of accessories, when to pith location to trim but I choose to exchange all of them with new suits, so paid for the alternative fees to make it fit over $200 Wich is ok, the really miss it up is the communications between the store and customers I went there on September and nobody call me ever so I went back to pick up my stuff on October and they told me they lost one of my suits that I paid for then one of the sales rep told me he will do an exchange order a new one and will send it to my house because I don’t live over there after also more than 21 days with no communication I went to store and of course they didn’t get it finally after a lot of communication with one of the manager I got my refund for the food that I paid for that. I was in a need.great value but not worth the waste of time."

"I visited Jos A. Bank with the hope of finding an outfit for a Great Gatsby party that I was to attend, 4 days later. I was helped by Amanda at this location. She was extremely patient and helpful, assisting me in finding a jacket, vest, pants and tie for the affair. I also requested to have pants tailored and they were ready when I was told they would be. When visiting the store to pick up the pants, I was greeted immediately and helped, once again, with additional purchases. I highly recommend this location."
