"DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE!!!! I put a $500 deposit on a 2012 Chevy equinox. About five days later I decided not to buy the car after my daughter picked out when she liked better. I asked for a refund of my deposit and I was told that the deposit was only good for 48 hours and that they explained it to me when I was there. LIES LIES LIES! I was never told my deposit was only good for 48 hours until after I asked for it back"

"I’ve been in contact with aim auto group to purchase a car I found on their website for a cheap price, I live in Florida and coordinating the whole thing seemed overwhelming at first but they were very easy going and helpful, got the whole transaction done in a week and a half. I’ve been driving my Mercedes gla for 3 weeks and I couldn’t be happier and they made the process worth it. They pick up everything I call and have great communication!"

"I bought a used car from Aim auto group in Wantage NJ in October 2023. They were very pleasant to work with up until the point that the money was handed over. Since then, it took two expired temp tags, to get my plates and title. I was promised a 3 month aftermarket warranty if I didn’t haggle the price, I agreed, but have not received any information about it after asking for it multiple times. I am now stuck with a car with an expired Vermont inspection, a check engine light, and multiple other issues that I will have to pay out of pocket for in order to pass inspection, when I was supposed to be given a warranty to fix these things. Eddie, and his brother, have now gone completely silent. I have called their business phones, and they go straight to voicemail or I get hung up on. I have texted eddies personal phone, nothing. I have no route left other than the legal one. They are under new ownership, there was a banner on the building when i bought my car stating so. Do not listen to the earlier great reviews. Aim auto group is incredibly untrustworthy, save your money and a headache and look somewhere else. Based on their past replies to other reviews, I am going to confirm that I am speaking about Aim Auto Group in Wantage Nj. I am certain that this review is under the correct business."

"They took all my savings. Sold me a A car that I needed to invest almost $3000. They took my 6000 and now I have nothing they were not gonna fix it for nothing. They wouldn’t buy the car back for me. They are rip off. I would not suggest anyone to buy a car from them"

"After spending several months searching to replace two of our family's cars and add another car for our new teen driver we were burnt out. We had managed to replace the first 2 vehicles and we were down to finding the final car for our new driver. We established a 50 mile search radius and were repeat visitors to AIM as well as several other dealers in the area. It seemed like other dealerships were getting tired of our repeat visits, and barely gave us a second look when we showed up for the 2nd or 3rd time. This was not the case with AIM. After showing up several times driving multiple vehicles, we were always treated with the same interest as we were the first visit. Eddie spent a lot of time with us finding out what we were looking for, our safety concerns for our new driver, as well as trying to keep it all within our budget. We never felt rushed, Eddie, his family and staff were patient with us as we went over each vehicle we came to look at. We ultimately bought our daughter her first car from AIM Auto Group, and she is beyond thrilled. Eddie went above and beyond, even meeting us at our local licensing agency when his was backed up and we were getting to the end of our temp tag. I cant say enough good things about our experience with AIM, other than give them a try for yourself."
