"I bought an all black jumpsuit for $10 on 10/09/22 and came into the store 10/14/22 to exchange the exact same jumpsuit because the previous one I bought on the 9th had a hole in it when I tried it on once. I kindly ask to exchange and this man that may appear as the owner or general manager asked me where was the hole. I showed the cashier where the hole was and he didn’t even bother to look for the hole and stated that they do not accept exchange or returns after 2 days for clothing. Mind you, they do not have a policy anywhere in the store nor did anyone inform me of the policy during that transaction when I bought that jumpsuit. If you were going to state the policy anyways why ask where the hole is located? The owner/general manager did not allow me to speak and rudely disregarded me. While I was showing the hole he proceeded to state “We do not sell clothing with holes. Look at it. It looks like you already wore it.” Mind you I only tried it on once and kept it rolled up until I found time to exchange it. The customer service is horrible and that man is very disrespectful and only cared about the money. 0/10 for his mannerism"
