"I am reviewing the donation side of the thrift shop. They have limited times: 10-12 three days/week. (I'm sure they are staffed w/ volunteers.) I arrived w/ my household items (dishes, artwork, etc.) and found 2 older ladies in a small room surrounded by a mountain of old clothes. They seemed overwhelmed and did not even want to look at my donation, so I just took my box and left. I am sure they are doing a good thing for the community but just don't have the room or staff to do it."
