"Have not been here a a few years. The restaurant is in the center of the casino and has a open kitchen where you can watch the chefs make the noodle bowls. Very nice seats and tables and you may sit with others as the tables are long. The service is very friendly and efficient. The menu has changed a bit. The noodle bowls are still on the with authentic dishes and ingredients. The non-noodle bowl dishes are there but some of my favorites are now gone. The appetizers were disappointing. We figured we would get the sampler to try them all. The presentation was lacking, as it was a pile of fried stuff on a big dish with some sauces on the side. Our main meals were good. The portions were large. The beef chow fun was fresh and delicious. The chicken lo mein was ok, just could of have some chicken in it!...only a few measley pieces. Maybe it was a bad night? Maybe because it was a Thursday? Hopefully if I go back it will be better."

"While at the Borgata Hotel Casino and Resorts this past week, a number of restaurants were closed during the week. So we decided to eat at N.O.W. for dinner one evening. We were immediately guided to our seats. The menus and eating utensils were already on the table. Our server was readily available to assist and answer any questions. Our food came out pretty quickly. I only had the shrimp and rice. I liked it!"

"Asian food overall not to standard for an authentic Asian restaurant. The good: we ordered a lobster and it was worth over 120$ and it was cooked XO sauce style and that was up to par. The bad: we order wings and they gave us the drumstick end and only one wing end. The eggplant in sauce was ok. The wonton noodles were watered down and I had ginger pieces in my soup. The pho was substandard for Vietnamese food, sauce was bland and barely any meat in there, and they don’t even have tripe. Waiter were quick to serve. But the hot sauce were knock offs, not the authentic pho sauce. Also The Vietnamese coffees were premade."

"We enjoyed sitting at a long table with other guests as we struck up a few conversations. The appetizers were so good. General chicken was huge hunks of white meat, but could use more flavor. This place definitely dulls down the spice for Americans. Boooo."
