"I had to post a review because Matt R and Joe deserve every ounce of recognition and praise for their customer service and knowledge. I went in, 30 minutes before closing, not knowing a thing about what I was looking for and they were both so patient, kind, informative and helpful. I changed my mind every two minutes, repeated questions, and was clearly overwhelmed and not once did they rush me or make me feel stupid (even when I am sure I sounded very dumb!). They helped me carry a very heavy product, assured me of my options, and just made it a pleasant experience overall. During the busy holiday season it is so easy to get impatient and burnt out, and I am grateful I dealt with two professionals who treated me with such kindness. I would drive out of my way to this location every time now because they're customer service and dedication was so top notch and genuine. 5 stars all the way!!! Thank you guys!!"
