Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Just went here and there was 2 ppl in front of me. One lady named Elena(worker)was so unprofessional basically rushed me and put no food in my bowl. So when i got to the front i said i wanted another bowl with one i had. Worker thought i wanted a whole new one and his coworker asked me what was wrong with one i got. I said 1st off was skimpy and nothing in it and she was abit rude. You could tell the difference from the 1st and 2nd bowl. The guy did take $5 off but i wont be back here for awhile"

"My wife and I stopped to get dinner after a very long day it was about 7 p.m. on a Wednesday and we had just such a great experience here. The 3 people serving at the front line were so friendly and quick. I actually turned to my wife halfway down the line and said "This is the Chipotle that we are coming to from now on!" They were way beyond fair with the portions, all three guys had huge smiles on their faces. You could just tell that they enjoy what they are doing. The Guacamole was perfect! All of the ingredients looked great and fresh. They had the lids on the meats to keep them moist which most Chipotle do not do surprisingly. I gave the Carne Asada another shot after being disappointed down south and I'm really really glad I did because it was wonderful! To the 3 gentlemen working the front line, and I wish I got your names, Thank you so much for such great and pleasant customer service. To the guys and ladies preparing the food, Thank you so much for an AWESOME dinner. God bless you all. See you soon!"

"never had an issue dining in, although my first and only experience with the mobile ordering wasn't supreme however I'll give the benefit of the doubt and assume it was an off day. food is always fresh and I think it's worth the money. mobile order incident: placed an order with my coworkers on a friend's account using another friend's card they ran out of chips for the night and could not do a refund unless I had the card on me, however they were kind about it and allowed me to get the refund for my friend if he showed up with the receipt, he just didn't feel like it. it did take almost half hour from the set time for me to even get my food though, just for the vinaigrette to be missing from my friends order. it's alright though."

"We ordered lunch online to pick up. We ordered two salads and a veg bowl. When we got back to the office there was virtually no lettuce in the salads and the lettuce we got was old and wilted so badly it looked like cooked spinach. It was the worst meal I have EVER gotten from Chipotle. Photos are attached. The lid with the lettuce is all of the lettuce in the entire salad. The second salad was just as bad and it shows virtually no lettuce and clearly the lettuce is old. Horrible. Tired to call but no way to reach location and on chat I was disconnected 3 times. Extremely disappointing!"

"Food is cold, bag was wet and falling apart by the time I opened it the bowl is half full definitely the lightest bowl I’ve gotten from any Chipotle brown old lettuce right on top first thing you see when you open the bowl but when I pulled up to the window there’s 3 guys standing there having a conversation. overstaffing with people who don’t want to work definitely won’t fix the fact that this place is garbage. Worst place to take your money and for $15 it’s very disappointing."
