"This was one of the absolute WORST experiences I’ve had of my life today. . What made the situation worst, is, ALEXA was extremely rude, and had 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. As a customer she belittled me and didn’t value me!! I ordered a plain iced latte in the drive through. I was given an iced coffee with sugar. I kindly informed Alexa, who had an attitude from the beginning that I wanted a plain iced latte and I am diabetic and can not have sugar. She remakes the drink . And hands me an iced latte LOADED with sugar. I could feel the grittiness as I sipped it! I went inside this time as I had already exited the drive thru, and said I want a PLAIN ICED LATTE - NO SUGAR. JUST ESPRESSO AND MILK. Alexa told me “you clearly don’t know what an iced latte is…” … yes I’m sorry, but I order the same drink every day. She told me I was no longer allowed to visit the Dunkin and she was going to tell her manager. Because SHE made me the wrong drinks , it was my fault (3 times.) I am no longer allowed in. I didn’t do anything to deserve this treatment! Shame on you Dunkin! My blood sugar is now so high I might have to go to the hospital!! My sisters drink was also wrong! I WILL BE SUPPORTING OC COFFEE & STARBUCKS FROM NOW ON!!!!!!"

"Morris made our day today. He was super friendly on the phone and in person! We woke up to a coffee that was not working in our rental. We were grumpy and tired, but not for long. It’s amazing how one person’s smile and helpful attitude can make your day! Patti and Jan"

"It's always busy at DD in OCNJ but the guys working were so friendly, happy, smiling & working so hard to fulfill orders. Even with a line to the door, the gentleman on the register made sure to treat each customer as if they were his close personal friend, even calling all of the guests his "Friend". So polite & happy, most places that require customer service DREAM of employees like these. You could tell they were really busting their butts, they had outstanding communication amongst each other. It was wonderful to watch the staff laugh & joke with each other, not losing a smile once. We used the app to place our order, hit a few stores 3 blocks over& came back 20mins later with our food all ready to go. Even while being hospitable to everyone, they made sure to work quickly to take care of each customer. These guys deserve a raise! They are the most friendly & hardworking people I have seen down here, not even the workers at the boardwalk are as nice & engaged with their customers."

"We were heading back home to PA and had the pleasure of stopping at the Dunkin on West Ave and 10th street. The gentleman working the register , I believe Morris, was the most pleasant and legitimately happiest employee in the store. Our car battery died in the lot and the District manager, Scott, was there and helped out with our car. Best customer service ever. 8/14/23"

"The young man at the drive thru window didn't have a clue what was going on. Got my order completely wrong. Even after I told him it was wrong, he then got it wrong again. Company needs to train their employees better. And make sure they are capable of carrying out their duties. Also donuts were not fresh in the a.m. leftovers anyone?"
