"I came to this local shop because of a rattling sound that was coming from under the hood along with a "Low Oil Pressure" warning indicator. These two things happened right after I had my oil changed at Walmart Auto in Mays Landing. Willie did a quick diagnostic check, found the problem (faulty oil filter gasket seal) and replaced it along with the oil that was completely drained from my car. He pretty much saved my engine. And he charged an extremely fair price. I've learned my lesson. I'm no longer going to go back to Walmart. Willie will be my main mechanic as long as I'm in South Jersey."

"This place deserves all 5 stars. I called this place up the same to get my brakes pad and rotors changed and they were able to squeeze me in. I left my car there and picked it up afterwards. My car was making a squealing sound when I hit brakes and I took it to Nissan twice and they were telling me the tires need changing. Everyone else that I told the situation too and hear the sound said it just have to be the brakes. I know little to nothing about cars and was convinced it was the brakes as well. I changed the 2 front brakes and rotors and was still having the sound. The next day after fixing the 2 front brakes I went back to Uptown Auto Repair and got the 2 back brakes and rotors changed. Now my car feels amazing, no squealing. I am so happy that these 2 brothers were able to accommodate me back to back. The price was unbeatable as well...I bought my parts at an auto zone and I only paid the service fee to get it fixed. Great job guys...I recommend them."

"These are two brothers that are good in what they do and have reasonable prices! They're not out to gouge you and they stand behind all they do! I've been dealing with them for years and they still remain the same with their honesty and integrity! Best guys in Atlantic City! **Update: I posted this some time ago (couple of years?) They are still the best mechanics in the inlet and are still reasonable with their pricing considering the way the economy has made everything so expensive. I have sent many friends, acquaintances, and anyone who just ask me! I stand by these guys! Check them out. Bring the car early because they are alw6busy for obvious reasons!"

"My sister and I were on vacation in Atlantic City for a week when her car developed an awful sound, She was worried about driving back to Massachusetts without having it looked at. She called Uptown Auto Repair and was told she could come the next morning for them to look at it. Within a few hours it was all fixed with a very minimal cost. We were very pleased with the service we received and the fact that they did not take advantage of us. We highly recommend them!"
