"Ordered a pick up order and was told 30 mins by some guy and hung up on me , called back to cancel and he told me that it's their estimated time but it will be ready way before that ,wth??? As a former Primos employee for 5 years (wildwood,wildwood crest ) I am shocked at how thick the tomatoes were cut, stale roll , barely any meat (theyre supposed to be weighed) and TONS of onion ..if I were the owner of this franchise I would be pissed so much product is being waisted . When I arrived to pick my sandwich up(in a completely dead store , again 30 mins for one sandwhich?) I was greated by a nice young woman , she's the only reason I gave this place 3 stars . I think the big guys at Primos would be disappointed."

"This is the 3rd time my order was gross it use to be good not anymore tired of paying a small fortune and not getting what I ordered no fried onions and where’s the meat and cheese if I wanted a salad for dinner I would have ordered it 2 sandwich’s and 50 bucks later plus the staff is always rude"

"This is my third visit in past few months where the order has been screwed up. This is the final straw. I attempted online ordering to avoid any confusion. I ordered a pizza steak that the menu states comes with fresh mozzarella. I opted for the extra cheese surcharge. This is what I got... five miniature mozzarella pieces on a primo sized sandwich. This is the most disappointing pizza steak I have ever ate. #wheresthecheese"
