"I was nervous going here, was slow and not that many great reviews . I am very honest with reviews . It might be what you order, their shepards pie with beef short ribs was so delicious!!!one of the best I have ever had. The meat was so tender and melted in your mouth. I love short ribs and the meet was perfect. Also had coconut shrimp appetizer and very good. The service was from the bar and she was easily distracted. However very nice!"

"Our server was kind and helpful. Others were distant and unwelcoming. We ordered a cheeseburger and the garlic burger , medium well. Both burgers were burnt and Very well done. Fries were either hard or soggy. The building inside as well as the covered patio might have mold as I am super sensitive to it and started have trouble breathing while I was there. Would definitely not return and would not recommend!"

"Attractive bar and dining area. We REALLY LOVED the potato soup. The menu has a wide and varied selection to choose from. However we found the food to be very mediocre. Nothing bad, but definitely not top class. Our waitress was nice and friendly, but our order was very slow in coming to us, even though the restaurant was not at all crowded."

"Nice tavern and the food was very good. They had a good selection of standard tavern victuals along with steak and seafood. The atmosphere is very casual with table seating in the back. Highly recommended for a quick but very good meal."

"Another bar we wanted to try the wings because we heard they were good. We thought they were standard. Although, came with a good portion of blue cheese. The beer was exceptionally cold which adds points to the experience. The bartender was very nice and attentive. It’s a good stop if you are waiting out traffic into the jersey shore."
