"The place is dirty. Bathroom was disgusting even though they have to buzz you in to use them. (They do this to keep out vagrants due to being right next to the Syosset LIRR station.) Tables wobble. Service..."... yeah... what do you want?" This was the middle of the day, so after the morning rush. There had plenty of time to have cleaned up. Just went in to get a cup of ice cream, killing some time before the next customer service call."
"This place is a scam! If you are someone who usually order ahead by their app they would say that they run out of certain items and they cant refund your money! They wont even let you replace the “sould out” item with something equivalent to the money of that item! On top of this the lady there literally yelling at you and shoo you away so other customers wont hear you! I order munchkins and they wont replace it even with a donut. The chai latte was so horribly made I couldn’t even do a second sip. There was only 4 hash browns in the bag the overall order was a failed!"
