"I called A-1 and left a message for a needed heater repair on Sunday. Never received a call back. I called them again Monday afternoon and was told, by some answering or customer service person, that they transferred the message to to the necessary people. Never received a call back nor did they come to the house. Very unreliable. Do not use them for any repairs!"

"I called Warren Andrews late yesterday (Monday). I spoke to Warren directly about an odd water heater issue. The next morning (Tuesday) Francisco had arrived first thing. He was careful, meticulous and thorough. He fixed the problem. He asked if I wanted the maintenance performed. It was a new house for us, so I said yes. I mentioned 2 other issues. He called back to Warren and Robert showed up to address the other issues. Robert fixed the first problem. Unfortunately, the second problem wasn't acting up at the time so it was difficult to diagnose. Robert had already downloaded the manual for the equipment to research it and we created a plan if it happened again. Both Francisco and Robert were extremely nice, and very professional. They went out of their way to describe what they were going to do and did exactly that. I wasn't available to sign off on Robert's work, so Robert carefully explained to my wife the work that he performed. She was very impressed. Both Francisco and Robert went out of their way to wish us a happy and safe holiday. No question about it, I would use them again!"
