Wendy's

"They are using old oil for the fries . I have tried it quite a few times . Nothing is fresh and I never order any deals I pay alot when I go . It’s close to my house so I go there . But it is awful! I never see any management there . It’s not good"

"The crew that's been working at this Wendy's is very efficient. It's always busy if you're in a rush but if you have a couple minutes it's well worth the wait. I hate cold french fries, never the the case with the Fry's or the nuggets. And the lobby is always clean to sit down and eat. The only negative thing I have to say is that you have to wait a couple minutes for your drink refills. There's no soda dispenser out in the dining area."

"Went thru the drive thru yesterday ( maybe around or after 3pm) and normally some of the employees say hello But the guy that was at the second window opens the window with his hand out- doesn’t speak, doesn’t greet just attitude. I said hi what’s the total he gives it to me the window automatically closes then he gives me the card and I said is there no receipt? Window closes again and he hands me my receipt Then hands me my drinks and a young lady hands me my food. I get it fast food sometimes is aggravating but a simple greeting and acting like you want to work goes a long way. If you don’t want to work or you aren’t feeling customer service work in the grill area or go home"

"This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Not a smile on anybody's face, they forgot to give us utensils to eat with, the doors were locked when we wanted to go back inside and the place is filthy. The french fries were barely warm and the hamburger as well. Not coming back to this place!"

"Been going here for a while but within the past couple of months the food has gone down hill. The chicken is always so oily to the point where it’s not even crispy. And apparently this is a large fry and no there were none fallen in the bag."
