"I just had the most bizarre experience at this store. My husband and I walked in and I noticed they carried a brand of shoes I like to get for my toddler. I asked the woman working there (folding something 5 feet away from me) if she knew what size a particular style went up to. She kept her back to me at first then turned around and said “I don’t know. I’m not a shoe person.” When I said I was just looking for a specific size she said “the sizes are on the box and the boxes are right there.” There were only a few boxes out so I had assumed there was stock elsewhere. I DID find the size I needed by myself, but chose to leave and find and purchase them elsewhere. My husband and I walked away bewildered- it was like someone was actively trying to NOT make a sale. The store is beautiful and has a ton of adorable high end children’s apparel and toys, but this employee really killed the whole experience for us."

"I like this store. It carries very cute selections. I usually know a lot of brands. But today it surprises me of some good finds, such as Barefoot Dreams and Calikids. The blanket is not only cute but also very very soft and warm. The Calikids hat and gloves are very reasonably priced even if full price. It will be my go to in town for kids stuff."

"This past weekend I went in the store with my 3 year old. We only lasted about a minute before we walked out. The blonde lady working was so incredibly rude. Naturally my 3 year old saw stuffed animals and went to pick one up. She had one in her hand, and the blonde lady came over and yelled, “those are only for little babies, and they were sleeping”. She snatched the stuffed animal out of my daughters hand. My daughter was so upset. We walked right out. We always like to shop at Nesting, but I can’t say we will be back."

"Nesting has the most beautiful children's clothing, toys, and books! I love going shopping there with my kids. We go often, because they regularly get in new items. The salespeople are always so welcoming and very helpful with finding the right size. We are so lucky to have this shop in Stone Harbor."
