They responded quickly even though it was a Sunday and were able to provide service and installation for us that day! Fast forward to 2016 and the a/c stopped working on the unit with another vacationing renter...Rems picked up the unit at 12:30, serviced the unit and had it back installed in our condo at 3:30 and we were not charged!
