"This was the worst visit I had in a long time. The customer service was terrible. I order my drink online and waited, then patiently waited for my drink. My order was moved to ready and my drink was not made. Then the blonde-haired white lady, truely forgot her name, asked me why I was waiting. I told her that I was waiting for my drink. They obviously skipped my drink as they were making drink for people who came after me. She then said someone must have taken my drink. I told her I have been here most of the time and that they didn’t make it. She did not have attitude but if I made a mistake I would have apologized at least. However when I received my drink, I didn’t get an apology and she did not even look me in the eyes and just handed my drink. Very low standard of service. I called to ask for her name and Harold told me her name but I remember his name and not hers. I was there last week when she forgot someone’s order. But the gentleman started swearing which was inappropriate. However, she matched his intensity infront of customers."

"This was the worst experience I have ever had. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to get munchkins and a sandwich. I understand busy but tell a person. Also don't ask me to park in the lot where people block you in to wait 5 minutes. Then I get to walk in to find my sandwich probably sitting on counter for who knows how long. Was someone going to actually bring it out? I will never come to this location again. I was not even apologized to for wait. It was my fault for coming during a busy time."

"By far the worst experience. Put in larger order for an office. Place was dirty and had flies. Put in my order at the self order station (order 2268). Waited 20 minutes before someone acknowledge it. They had to hand write the cup tags, ran out of tea by the time my order came up. All in all was almost a 30 process"

"Repulsive and Vomitaceous! Got the roasted pepper and chicken wrap. Look at this picture!! It looks like phlegm mixed with puke!!! It isn’t this branch’s fault though. Shame on Dunkin’ Donuts corporate for pedaling this kind of stuff as “food”. Who the heck looked at this and said, “Yeah! It’s a go!”"

"Have gotten food here multiple times, most of the time there is a very long wait or it’s messed up in some way. Mobile ordered from here before, I wanted an apple fritter and a donut, only got the donut but they charged me for both. Went there today for Mother’s Day and they gave me this. Would you eat this?"
