"I haven't been to Red Lobster in a while, so I went with my sister in law as a girls night out. The waitress was very nice in the beginning coming over to see if everything was OK & if we needed anything, but once it got crowded she was no where to be found. We were ready to go & wanted the bill, we sat & sat waiting patiently for her to come to the table. In the meantime I started playing some game on the table, I had no idea I would be charged when I got my bill. They can do better with the amount we paid. The waitress could have been a little friendlier, she said they was short of staff & she got busier. Is that my problem?"

"Today my husband and I went to dine in at our local Red Lobster (which the previous time we went we didn’t have a good experience, but we figured we give it another shot) and had a HORRIBLE experience! When we first walked in, the hostess asked where do we want to sit, we requested a table but she didn’t want us to sit there. We found it odd, but just sat in the table she sat us which was a table with a broken bench toward the back. We placed our order, and didn’t receive our drinks or biscuits or salad till our main course of food showed up, which doesn’t make sense. My husband ordered the steak and lobster tail and this is where the nightmare turns to terror! The lobster was raw!! We even told the server and he admitted it was raw. My husband had ate a piece before we realized it was raw. I told the server that they better hope he doesn’t get sick. No apologies, he just said he’ll get another one. We waited forever and finished the rest of our food and still no cooked lobster or apologies. We had to ask where is the lobster and of course they forgot it! When we finally got it, it was overcooked, no butter and no utensils. So he couldn’t eat it. We were so disappointed and asked for our bill and asked for our dessert (reward) to go. I showed the waiter the code and he “applied it” and took our gift card, however when we looked at the bill, the charged for the free dessert and didn’t apply the gift card. I’m not sure what is going on at this Red Lobster. Even when we asked to speak with the manager, it was an issue. She was in the bathroom on her phone yelling at someone. When we were leaving she finally came out, but was on her phone texting and talking to the hostess- so unprofessional. No wonder the staff lacks good work ethics. I’m just in complete disbelief! This is a circus! But the worse of it all is serving raw shellfish. We were disrespected, disgusted and put at a health risk! And again to add insult to injury, no apologies! You guys need to do better!"

"I haven't been here for a while as there are so many dine out choices near EHT, but have to say was not disappointed. The service was great, food and drinks also great - coconut shrimp and broiled flounder was delicious. It's July 2023 Crabfest - Prices were reasonable and lots of choices. It still seems a bit dark inside when you are near the shore looking for sun and surf. They did separate the salad and it is now a $3+ premium add on, but bigger serving than last time."

"My moms birthday was yesterday so she picked here to eat! We did the whole nine with drinks and apps and entrees. I got the Tito’s Strawberry Lemonade and it was plenty strong enough. The lobster bisque was my app of choice and I honestly didn’t love it. My entrees was the linguini Alfredo and that was delicious. Our server Matt helped my mom with her birthday dessert and made sure we had a great experience. She had a great dinner as well and that is what’s most important. I’m sure we will be back!"

"My family and I went out on a Saturday night and this place was quite empty. The food was good, nothing too special. The service was slow. Our apps came out before our drinks. The waitress forgot some food. Forgot the claw breaker tool thing for the crab legs. Brought us the wrong drink, clearly! She brought us out an orange smoothie and claimed it to be strawberry. Once they fixed it and brought out the correct drink, they said it was mango. Which is funny because there wasn't a mango smoothie as an option on the menu. If anyone is wondering, my child said the mango smoothie tasted like nail polish.... Overall though I don't think the price of going out to eat here is worth it. We were also secret shopping at this store at the time."
