"I ordered dozens of pounds of coffee from this company for years and was very satisfied with their products and service. On my most recent order they delivered the coffee to the wrong address. Rhodes Coffee told me to check with the delivery company and the delivery company told me to check with the vendor, leaving me no options other than filing a fraud claim with my credit card company. They refused to address the matter and lied about the delivery to my address. Meanwhile their snarky attitude is especially unsettling. This matter could have easliy been resovled if they cared about their customers. They do not! This company does not maintain their databases. Their website defaults to incorrect addresses. Again this could have easily been resiolved but Rhodes customer service is horrendous, instead of trying to resolve they cast aspersions. They have zero accountability, its always the customer's fault. I will gladly pay up for coffee from a company that cares about their customers. I am DONE with Rhodes Coffee!"

"I ordered off Amazon. Superb coffee; we had the Kenyan blend. We will try it again and all the others like Ethiopian,Tanzanian etc........If you're a coffee connoisseur, this definitely is a brand you need to try."
