"Have never felt more confident leaving a store! I loved their selection of bras and was able (with the staff's help) to find one that fits like it's made for me. They even had some great clothing pieces, which I wasn't initially expecting, a pleasant surprise!"

"They do not stand behind their products. I purchased pajamas $144.00 for Christmas and it’s early January the pajamas have balls all over them. I have a cash receipt yet they won’t return them or exchange them. I am a regular customer in this store. I will never purchase anything from them again."

"So here's the story. One week after Christmas I bought a pair of ugg boots. The boots were the Last pair in the store and they were $150. I tried the boots on and walked around in the store for probably less then 10 minutes. I made my purchase and left. Exactly one week later to the day I went to return the boots knowing full well that the store only offers a store credit, which I was fine with. At that time I was told they would not take the boots back from me because they said I had worn the boots. That was an absolute lie. I wound up leaving the store, taking the boots with me and losing $150 because of their return policy. Well actually not because of their return policy because their return policy is 90 days for a store credit. I wasn't asking for my money back. I was asking for a store credit for a pair of boots that I decided I did not like. The boots were in the original packaging with the box. I had the receipt and there was also a piece of plastic on the soles of the boots that was still there. So what I'm going to say is everyone says Shop Small Business but then you shop small business and then they won't even have the decency of giving you the store credit that their policy advertises. Granted the store is Overpriced. It was my choice to buy what I bought and I have also shopped there before but I think that if you're going to buy anything from there you should beware!"

"Sales associates are very friendly and was very helpful and insightful with a bra fitting for my wife. There clothes and lingerie are very good quality and include Ugg, Chantelle bras and more. They also have jewelry, creamed and perfumes and several sales items throughout the store for great bargains."
