"Just went in with both of my boys. Nick who I believe was the manager was extremely nice and helpful not just to us but also to everyone that came in. He was constantly helping and communicating with the staff to help in any way he could. I own a company and it’s hard to find company people and he definitely is. I will definitely be back again."
"GO INSIDE and LOOK! It’s very very very dirty. I sat down on dirty chairs/ tables with tape on them.I didn’t even eat my food after observing around me.Water stains on ceiling. Black stuff on baseboards. Old soda and food stains everywhere. Cashier rolls eyes and makes it out to be a hassle to order food. I watched them not handle the food safely. How is this place even open? They need an inspection asap! Next time you go look inside."
"Ordered number 1 plain with cheese on November 26th 2023 so 2 days ago around 5:50 pm tasted something chewy in my mouth took it back to management they verified it was the wrapping paper from the cheese that was in my burger which I ate half of it.Manager was very nice but the workers insisted it was bacon until the one worker picked it up and said No! This is not food and showed it to the manager.Very disappointed I will not go back here."
"Cashier was not doing her job. Not sure if she was high but had to go back to her several times for things that should have been given on the food tray when the food was picked up. Several customers had the same problem that I had. My food and my husband food was good but the services was very bad...."
"FIRE WHOEVER RECENTLY STARTED RUNNING THIS PLACE!! It USED TO BE great about a year ago when they first started the “fresh food” campaign. New Management DESTROYED this place. Food is often wrong and cold, Service is unbelievably slow to the point they actually have to be standing around doing nothing. They started arguing, giving attitude, etc even. The line will take 45 minutes with 2 cars ordering basic meals, and many who pull up after or before will just drive away it’s so bad. This WAS a well ran restaurant. I gave it 5 tries to stop screwing up food and providing AWFUL SERVICE as it is the closest to my house and I like Wendy’s. Terrible mistake. All wasted $. FIRE WHOEVER YOU HAVE RUNNING THIS PLACE. ASAP."
