"I was at store 3595, in Vineland NJ. The employees are unfriendly, sloppy and lazy! No customer service skills at all! No customers in the store or drive thru but yet nothing was ready and they weren't concerned about getting me in and out. Whoever the Manager is of that store should really pay attention to whats happening! Its disgraceful!"

"Service is as if your worthless to them and they hate their job. Foodnis always cold and that's why I've been going to another burger King that serves warm food. The only way the atmosphere was pleasant was because there was no one there."

"I ordered 2 Whopper meals and a Bacon king burger and paid for what I ordered. And I did not get what I ordered or paid for. The supposed Whoppers were smaller than they were supposed to be and they were on sourdough bread and and so was the Bacon king burger. I only checked the wrappers but I didn't check the burgers themselves inside the wrappers. Now I have to check every little detail before I walk out. And if it was the case of being out of Whopper buns, then they should tell you that, but even so the burger patties were way smaller than a Whopper is supposed to be. The only good thing was the cashier was friendly and courteous and did her job. The food I was not happy with, but since I was already home and did not want to drive back, it was eaten the way they made it. But I won't be going to this burger king again"
