McDonald's 3501 New Jersey 42, Washington Township, NJ 08012

"Almost every time I use the drive thru at this location, they say the food is not ready and have you pull into a spot or pull forward. They are more concerned with making their drive thru times look good than actually getting the customers their orders quickly. It’s so frustrating and it happens frequently. If they put as much effort into preparing food quickly, they might not have to park everyone. As I sit here, there are 4 other cars having to do the same. They just give you your drink and move you out of the line. Not a good experience."

"Wow, the management practices at this place is so Ghetto!! There’s no soda machine in the dining area to get refills? They charge you for condiments? They don’t give out trays for dine in orders, they give you a bag and you have to rip the bag open and spread it out on the table to eat your meal, and there’s a 30 minute seating time? Basically pay, eat and get out!! What if I spend 31 minutes you’re gonna kick me out? The management here is so ghetto and oppressive to their customers. Why would I ever come back??"

"The WORST possible McDonald’s to go to. They always make you wait in a spot to get your food if you go through the drive thru. Make sure you take an hour out of your schedule if you want to eat at this McDonald’s. SLOW food not fast food. Not even worth going here now that a cheeseburger is more than $.99"

"They always make you wait off to the side if you're doing drive thru, I'm currently sitting here with 6 other cars. How is this the system? Especially bc they're not cheap anymore"

"Looks like they remodeled recently. Relatively clean for McDonald's. Food was average McDonald's food. Service was quick at the counter and they do have the self serve touch screens if you want to go that route."
