"I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE! I thought it was something completely different than it actually was. Typical for me. Anyway, long story short: I arrived with my car on a flatbed 5 mins after hours. Was able to still give them my keys. The next day they called at 10-ish and told me the great news it wasn't going to cost me an arm and a leg and they could do the job. "Amazing customer service! I first took my car to action Hyundai of Millville & paid $130/hr for a diagnosis. The guys here offered to look at my car & tell me what was wrong with it for free! The diagnosis from Hyundai was wrong. Thanks to Nathan (the owner…sorry bad with names) I ended up finding out that not only was my car covered for a recall through the dealership, I also had 2 extended warranties & Action Hyundai didn’t mention any of this! They provided quality work at a very fair price with a quick turnaround. They were also courteous in taking the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my SUV and making sure I authorized the price and repairs. The tech seemed very knowledgeable and like a genuinely nice guy. I had a much better experience than I did with other local shops with grumpy technicians and reception staff who wouldn’t take the time to explain the exact extent of the repairs needed on my vehicle.
