"We had the head gasket done on a older toyota truck. Repair took a while and seemed like we were getting the run around. Finally get the truck back which runs now "kinda". Hood didn't shut right anymore, they bent the latch. Then looking further into the repair, studs missing from exhaust manifold. Carburetor bolts loose with no gaskets used and to top it off the timing chain cover was not installed correctly so they just mashed some gasket maker/jb weld in there to try and stop the leak. Avoid this place at all costs. Didn't even wanna go back and complain because they shouldn't be touching people's vehicles."
"Went there from DMV to get a fuse replaced for an LED light in the dash. Left with that fixed but heater vent used to change settings on location of output of heat stopped working. Later found a vacuum hose was disconnected accidently or on purpose? I think it was done with intent to get extra money from me while simply reconnecting the hoses. Just something sneaky about the guy and the things he said. What were the chances the hoses disconnected, on there own, while he was working near them? I owned the car from new and had very few problems in 17 yrs."
"The people there are nice but there's a genuine lack of communication there. They don't update you on your car, they don't give you a price quote before working on the car, they just do it and they take fooorreeevvveerr to fix something. Idk if it's because they're short staffed or what. My car was fixed but it took forever and it was expensive in comparison to the shop I normally go to. If you're okay with all of that, go for it."
"After my experience, I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I was looking for a new mechanic for a tough job on my beloved truck and I was referred here. To be honest I wasn't sure my faithful truck could even be fixed. (Several mechanics told me it couldn't be). I had ALOT of faith in my Chevy, even with the 305,000 miles on it. Not only we're they brave enough to tackle it, but they did a phenomenal job. My estimate was fair & even when the work had to change, I was called in & explained & shown why. He worked with me every step of the way. I was overjoyed when I received the call that my truck was finished. She purred like a kitten when I started her, I even cried a bit, yup, tears of joy. You see, Big Blue as we fondly call her is a 2001, she's been a part of my life for 20 years now, taught my kids to drive in it. Lots of memories, all good. She was on bad shape when I sent her to you. But, YES definitely 10 STARS to the man & the shop that saved her. Thank you so much for everything you did. I'll be back, after all I just found the best mechanic in town!"
"I have been going here for a couple of years and they have been okay. Price is good, but last time I was there they either forgot to put oil in or reset the button. Honestly I don't know about oil changes I'm a pet groomer and all I'd like to do is get the oil changed and pay and leave. But today I get in the car and the oil light is saying change the oil ,but just got it changed in July and I hardly go anywhere. So, I call and am told to come right over and they will fix it. So, someone comes out to check the oil and I hear the boss in the background saying basically I'm a clueless idiot. I don't know about mechanical things but I do know how to take care of my car. Maybe buddy should take an etiquette class and then go back to mechanics school."
