The employees always ruin my drink by refusing to write the order down or even listen to the order in the first place. They waste my money and my time. They have been given multiple chances when the cafe is completely empty and when busy, always the same result… total incompetence."
"I ordered 2 drinks and 6 donuts. 4 Boston creme a jelly and a strawberry frosted. The drinks were perfect but the donuts. Not so much. Not only did they look like they were thrown down the stairs a couple of times but I didn't even get my jelly donut. I was given another strawberry. Now if that is just that they didn't have a jelly that's fine but for them to look smothered and smashed around is unacceptable."
