"It's hard to know where to start with this homey, wonderful breakfast and lunch spot! My family discovered Patti's when we bought our beach house 6 years ago in Chadwick Beach. Patti's makes incredible food, has a great atmosphere, has the most wonderful staff, and all in all is our NUMBER 1 place to go to eat at the beach! If we are down for a day or a week, we eat breakfast there every day. We never get tired of it because there's always something great to eat waiting just down the block. We depend on Patti's and I don't know what we'd do without it! Actually, last year we had to do without it because it was closed for maybe 5 months during a major renovation. We were forced to try other places, and nothing even came close to measuring up to Patti's. Thank you - everyone at Patti's- for being the great people you are and for being in our neighborhood. Our lives are truly enhanced just because of your restaurant!"

"Patti’s Kitchen is a family owned well oiled machine. This place knows what they are doing every staff member was refilling something or making coffee or refilling the ice. I got the medley of French toast (or you could get pancakes) eggs, and choice of meat (i got Taylor ham) with toast. My mom got the waffles with blueberries. We both thought the food was excellent and ate everything. Literally nothing was left. I am honestly surprised this place doesn’t have more reviews and maybe it’s because just word of mouth works for them. I heard from a friend that this place was great."

"Great food and service. I had the bacon grilled cheese on sourdough and it was great. My wife had an egg and cheese on a hard roll and loved it. The server was very friendly and the atmosphere was great."
