"I used to work for this company. It was actually one of my first jobs growing up. I ordered an iced coffee at the drive up today around 3:45 PM, September 5th 2023. I politely asked for an empty cup to empty my breast milk into. It’s not the fact that she said no that was the issue. She was rude about it and slammed the window shut without saying sorry, thank you, or anything. No receipt, just rude. I have never encountered such terrible customer service at any Dunkin’ Donuts in my life. I will never go to this location again."
