"DD at this location promote strawberry banana smothy and selling this product with out bananas Even worse cause before buying the product asking many time if is coming with bananas the employee say yes when they no is NOT TRUE. VERY DISAPPOINTING. IT DOSENT COMING AND THE BOX IS NOT MIX I ASK I READ THE BOX IS NOT BANANAS."

"You can order what you want but 9 times out of 10 it is wrong. Morning crew is great. The late afternoon/evening never gets it right. Even though there are 6 people working at the window not one could put the caramel into the drink. Also, iced tea that looks like water? Then you get told "oh yea the iced tea is light today"?!?"

"BEWARE- this Dunkin location is a health hazard in the making. My food has been mishandled/made incorrectly so bad twice this past week- that I can only imagine how unsanitary and untrained their workers are. First off I ordered a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese. Below is a photo of what I received. I’m sorry, what?? Today I ordered two orders of bagel minis. Can’t mess that up, right? Wrong. As soon as I grabbed one it felt cold. I took a bite anyway and the cream cheese in the middle was borderline frozen. Even though the bagel minis were apparently not warmed they tasted strangely frost bitten and burnt? I am assuming their toaster must be filled with burnt remnants of other food products. Totally disgusting. I literally spit it out, and I am not picky. Another thing to note is my pumpkin cold brew was made with foam one day and then whipped cream the next. Coffee was totally different colors both days. I feel for my fast food workers and even tip regularly when using the drive thru. This Dunkin is the WORST."

"DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN’!!! About two weeks ago, one of their drive thru workers spilt hot coffee all over me, while not paying attention. Went back to them this morning to give them the benefit of the doubt. I open my large latte and the amount in there barely fills a medium cup. If you are going to be apart of the service industry, maybe act like it."
