"I’ve always loved playa bowls but can’t even describe the bad experience I had at the place last Saturday. The customer service and attitude wasn’t the best, but the worst part was that I found a long hair in my Bowl, I was disappointed and grossed out by it. It was too late to go and complain, but this unacceptable for the high standards Playa Bowls Holds. Management and Mr. Giuliani should be aware of and fix asap so it doesn’t happen again, Bowl went to the garbage so I’m expected to be contacted by management for a refund or a free bowl next time."
