"Very surprised upon coming into this little gem in the heart of ocean gate. Not at all what you would expect, even from the outside! It is beautiful on the inside! A fancy, cozy, and elegant little restaurant. And the food is superb! Really nice food options, from the appetizers, to the dinners, and the deserts. They have a nice selection of dessert martinis that are delicious! Not sure how busy this place can get but we went on a Sunday and had no issues with seating. Hopefully this place gets more traction because it is definitely recommended!"

"Amazing! Happy to have such a quality restaurant in Oceangate! The atmosphere when you walk in puts you in a great vibe for the evening. Staff is attentive and knowledgeable offering meal suggestions. Cocktails are delicious and heavy pours. Food is outrageously good from appetizers to desert! "A well trained staff greets and attention is paid to their patrons. This restaurant is in existence 1 year. Food menu is quite superb and the plating visually appealing. There's a sweet history to the restaurants name and some pics of the namesake "Rosie". Exit 80 off the GSP.
